These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your access to and use of BeautySupplements.com (the «Site»), operated by STERCK STRATEGY, S.L. («we,» «us,» «our»). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what the Site does

BeautySupplements.com publishes editorial content, product rankings, buying guides, and reviews about beauty supplements and related products (including collagen, hair, nails, vitamins, and «inner glow» categories). The Site currently monetizes primarily through affiliate links, including participation in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program — see our Affiliate Disclosure for details. The Site does not currently sell or ship products directly; if that changes (including the launch of our own product line), these Terms will be updated to add applicable sales, shipping, returns, and payment terms.

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement or changing your health routine.

3. Eligibility

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. The «Last updated» date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable consumer protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
